Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. No shows will not be honored a refund. In the event CVK cancels due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the choice of choosing an alternative date or receiving a full refund. Clear View Kayaks reserve the right to terminate the participation of any member in your party that is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is in possession of such alcohol or drugs during any recreational activity, commits an illegal or potentially dangerous act during an activity, constantly disregards the instructions of the guide or is disruptive and exhibits difficult behavior.
